An ancestral know-how

Gérard CURTET held the reins of the kitchen for more than 30 years. He left his mark there with his emblematic and unmissable dishes: the panache of veal head and veal tongue with gribiche sauce and the lamb sweetbread salad with sweet and sour sauce.

A traditional cuisine revisited

For several years now, our chef Carl JENNER has been able to take his place. It perpetuates traditions while bringing modernity, creativity and refinement.
Léa GRABIE, our second in the kitchen has joined the team and brings her touch by reserving for you, among other things, desserts full of surprises.

  • Daily menu at €24 available for lunch and dinner on weekdays except Saturday evening and Sunday lunch.
  • Gourmet menu at €36 that changes throughout the year, offering a wide choice of starters, main courses and desserts to delight your taste buds.
  • Children’s menu at 12 euros for children under 12.

Weather permitting, our establishment is surrounded by a large terrace where the natural shade of the chestnut trees and mulberry plane trees make this peaceful island in the heart of the Caussenarde city a most pleasant place for lunch or dinner.
